As you were I guess after the election result. 

It looks like the next Budget will be in early February but the Pension Reform bill could arrive before then, hopefully sorting out the mess surrounding the tapering of allowances.

I&#039;d be surprised if the dividend or ISA allowance see any significant changes in the Budget.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I think we have to consider the potential impact of the economic policies of a Labour or coalition government on our investments.  I&#039;ve shifted my portfolio more towards global and Asia Pacific equities and reduced my UK holdings although they are still about 50%.
We also have to consider the tax impact. I will probably raise more cash and incur some capital gains tax at current rates before 12th December. I will also prepare plans to do more after 12th December.]]></description>
